He ensures companies implement and follow the correct protocols to ensure they comply with evolving international laws and regulations. His practice includes submitting petitions and protests to the United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP), appeals of CBP decisions, import/export compliance, tariffs, and duties, establishing bonded warehouses / Free Trade Zones (FTZ), and handling matters with multiple federal agencies with specific import/export compliance regulations.
